So, what is DISC Profiling?
DISC is a simple, practical tool that helps you understand how you naturally think, work, and respond to the world around you.
It’s based on four behavioural styles: Dominance, Influence, Stability, and Cautiousness. We’re all a blend of these, just in different proportions. Seeing your profile often brings a sense of relief, like finally having language for things you’ve always known about yourself.
DISC isn’t about labelling you or putting you in a box. It’s about offering insight into how you operate, particularly when life feels busy, demanding, or slightly out of sync.
Who is it for?
DISC can be especially helpful if you’re feeling unsettled or at a turning point in your life or work.
Many women I work with start to feel frustrated with themselves, questioning why things that once felt manageable now feel harder, or why they feel drained, restless, or out of place. DISC helps make sense of that, without judgement.
It’s particularly useful if you:
Feel torn between what you think you should be doing and what feels right
Are navigating change at work or in life
Feel misunderstood, overlooked, or out of step with others
Want to understand what suits you now, and what no longer does
DISC helps you understand your natural way of being, so you can stop forcing yourself into roles, expectations, or ways of working that no longer feel right.

Why I use it in my work
I use DISC as a supportive tool alongside conversations, not as a standalone personality test.
For women navigating change, DISC can offer a reassuring starting point. It helps us explore why certain situations energise you, why others drain you, and how stress or change may be influencing the way you show up.
Used alongside this work, DISC can support:
Greater self awareness
Reduced self criticism
Stronger self trust
More confident, informed decisions about what’s next
It’s not the whole picture, but it’s often a very helpful and reassuring piece of it.
What’s included in a DISC Profile?
When you book a DISC profile with me, you’ll receive:
