Improve social life through events.
Build genuine friendships without masks.
Accept self as kind person.
My coaching sessions with Louise have had a meaningful impact on both my mindset and my daily life. When I began coaching, I was feeling overwhelmed at home and struggling to find time or space to prioritise myself. Louise helped me explore what really mattered to me and supported me in setting realistic, achievable goals—particularly around reorganising my home and creating a calmer household environment.
Through our work together, I developed practical strategies for managing my time, establishing boundaries, and making small, consistent changes that have added up to a big difference.
Most importantly, I started to value my own needs again, which has improved not just my personal wellbeing but the overall tone of family life.
I’ve found Louise’s approach to be warm, thoughtful, and genuinely empowering. I would absolutely recommend coaching with her to others—she creates a space where you feel safe to reflect, take action, and grow.

I do feel I have benefited greatly from your coaching, I think my initial score for my social life/friendships section was only 1 out of 10, it took a few weeks but then I began to feel like I was making good progress in this area of life. I was attending events on my own, striking up conversations with people when out and about, being a bit more visible on social media, started volunteering at Greenheart Growers, as well as attending meditation classes, women’s circles and reiki events.
In the past I would describe myself as antisocial, but actually I've realised that I do like spending time with people who share similar interests with me and where I do not have to wear a mask, pretending to be something that I'm not.
I am learning to accept me for who I am and I think that's a kind, caring and sensitive person, I do not care for celebrity news or keeping up with the jones's and actually that's perfectly ok, it's just taken me a while to realise that. So most certainly, our coaching sessions have been hugely beneficial to me, thank you.
I'm looking forward to using some of techniques we've discussed to work on other areas of my life, my next challenge is to improve my physical health by losing weight, this will have a positive impact on my general wellbeing, hopefully keep my blood sugar levels under control, maybe even reverse my Type 2 Diabetes, as well as improving my body confidence, so this is certainly something worth working towards.
I just need to keep in mind the question...Why am I wanting to do this? I have discovered that writing things down can be a good reminder for me for how far I've come, and to motivate me to keep on going.
I'd certainly recommend you as a coach to others, you have such a lovely manner, you're friendly, warm, and provide a safe space where I felt very comfortable opening up to you. I feel you really listened to me in a supportive, non-judgmental way. You also nudged me along when I needed a bit of encouragement...thinking of ways to meet, and speak to new people was difficult for me to begin with, you pushed me enough without putting me off or making me feel Iike it was unachievable.
Thank you Louise for all of your support, I really do think that your coaching has changed the way I think, in a positive way of course.

Prioritise personal needs and wellbeing.
I have completed 6 sessions with Louise and the main areas of focus were around fitness and mental health. Early sessions were around identifying my goal, which was an interesting challenge, which then helped my direction, moving forward and became the focal point when I was struggling with the ‘why’ questions.
Through conversations and questioning, I probably thought about things more deeply than I ever had and was more aware of my thoughts and feelings in relation to meeting obligations/commitments.
I now understand that I need to feel like I’m in control and react badly when that is not the case. These sessions also helped me realise that there in one thing that underpins everything else that I want to achieve and improve in my life, which is useful.
I have learnt that I need to be kinder to myself and give positive reinforcement rather than listen to that negative voice or have the ‘fat’ picture on the fridge.
I now know it is OK not to be ‘good’ all the time and can calm that inner voice which can be harmful. I need to bring myself back to my goal and evaluate how I get there, what steps can I take now to move this forward.
I would recommend coaching with Louise or any coach really, if you feel you’re not where you want to be or don’t know how to change things. talking about it and having to think has been beneficial for me and has given me an understanding of my motivations but also the tools to keep moving forward and get more of the life I want.
